As with any calculation the accuracy depends on the data being inputted. Plucking figures out the air for a refurbishment cost, rental figure, the future value or even the mortgage rate will massively impact the calculations.

All data generated and uploaded is stored on an encrypted server hosted by AWS (Amazon Web Services) We use AWS as they are a market leader in security with a proven past record
Unfortunately no it wont, it’s a web based product. All the databases are cloud based so you need an internet connection to allow data to be uploaded and retrieved later.
Yes, of course if you head to your profile page you can unsubscribe there. We would be sad to see you leave though.
All data saved by the user will be deleted we do not retain any data. Should you want to leave and then come back at a later date your account would need to be set up from scratch.
Head to your profile you will find a button called ‘Manage my team’ from there you use the invitation link to simply connect the accounts.
The app is fully set up to accept the industry standard jpeg, giff and png file formats for photos and for videos file formats MP4 and .mov
